The desk
About Peptide Global
A world news desk for peptide medicines. The same medicine is approved, priced, copied and made differently in every country, so we file each story from the market where it happened. Sources, AI drafting and corrections are set out in our editorial policy.

How a story is filed
- 01
One event, one market
A regulator decides, a copy launches, a plant opens, a deal closes or a study reports, somewhere in particular.
- 02
Filed by country
We name the country with its two-letter code and put a pin on the globe: the town if there is one, else the capital.
- 03
A desk and a topic
The country picks one of five regional desks; the story gets one topic: rules, market, making, money or research.
- 04
Plain lines and sources
The short of it on top; why it matters there and what to watch underneath; then the documents it was written from.
- Country
- Where it happened, with its code. EU for a decision taken in Brussels.
- Place
- A town or site when there is one.
- Players
- Companies, regulators, courts or governments named.
- The short of it
- The story in one sentence.
- Why it matters there
- What changes in that market.
- What to watch
- The open question or the next date.
Five desks
Five topics
Not medical advice
We report on rules, markets, plants, money and research. Nothing here says whether to take a medicine, how much, or where to buy it. No dosing, no sellers, no compounding recipes.
Numbers are claims
Prices, investment totals and dates come from companies, regulators and governments. They are statements or plans, they change, and they stay in the currency the source used.
Corrections
A wrong date, figure, country or name is fixed on the story with a note at the end. Write to the desk with the source. See the corrections policy or write to the desk.
Independence
No sponsored stories, paid placements, affiliate links or advertising. We hold no positions in the companies we cover.
Waitlist
The Meridian
A short letter is planned with the stories that mattered on each of the five desks: plain text, no tracking pixels. Nothing is sent yet. Join the waitlist and we will write once when it starts.
Drawn, not photographed
Story covers are illustrations drawn by Peptide Global: one object that stands for the story, a gold meridian, and the two-letter code of its country (a small globe when a story has no single country). They are not pictures of the places in the stories.
