Privacy policy

You need no account to read Peptide Global and the site sets no cookies. Below is everything the site keeps and every outside service that sees a visit.

What we keep

  • Run sheet waitlist. Your email address and the date you joined. No email is sent yet; the address stays on the list until you ask us to remove it.
  • Contact messages. The name you give (optional), your email address, your message and the time it arrived. Messages are deleted within twelve months.
  • Flood counters. The server counts recent sign-ups and messages per network address in memory to stop abuse. Nothing is written down and the counts clear within an hour.

These records are used only for the waitlist and for answering you. We never sell or share them. The server keeps no log of which stories you read; the view count on each story is an anonymous total.

What your browser stores

Local storage remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Staff who sign in also keep a session token there. Nothing in it is sent to us unless you are signed in as staff, and clearing the site's data removes it.

Services that see your requests

  • Cloudflare sits in front of the site and passes every request, including your network address, to our server. It may also receive anonymous network error reports from your browser.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser asks Google for the font files.

Each follows its own privacy policy. The site runs no advertising, analytics, social or tracking scripts. Photo credits link to Wikimedia Commons, which sees you only if you follow a link.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write through the contact form from the address concerned. No reason is needed. Changes to this policy move the date at the top.
